To change the unit of weight on the JOCCA HOME LIFE 1588 Digital Kitchen Scale, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the scale is turned off.
2. Press and hold the UNIT button while turning on the scale.
3. The unit of weight will change each time you press the UNIT button. The available units are grams (g), pounds and ounces (lb oz), milliliters (ml), and fluid ounces (fl oz).
4. Release the UNIT button when the desired unit of weight is displayed on the LCD screen.
5. The scale is now set to weigh in the selected unit.
