To install the CROWN CMGH-2102 Computer Headset, please follow these steps:
1. Before installation, open the application, save, and exit to prevent data loss after installation.
2. Turn on your computer and insert the CD that came with the headset. The installation page should automatically open, or you can manually open the CD.
3. On the installation screen, click "Next".
4. Select "I agree" and then click "Next".
5. Click "Install".
6. Connect the headset to your PC.
7. If a diagram appears indicating that the headset is not successfully connected, try using another USB port. Click "OK" to continue the installation process.
8. Once the installation is complete, click "Finish" and the system will restart.
Note:
- Make sure to close all anti-virus software before installing the driver.
- Remember the USB port used for installation. If you need to re-plug the USB, use the same port used for installation. Using a different port may require re-installation of the driver.
- If you unplug the USB plug while a media player is playing, it may cause the system to not work properly. It is recommended to end the media player application before disconnecting the USB plug.
