To mount the Puig 20795 New Generation Sport Wind Shield on your Triumph Speed Triple, please follow these instructions:
1. Start by gathering all the necessary parts and tools mentioned in the manual.
2. Begin by attaching the metal support (part 2) to the motorcycle's fairing using the provided screws (part 3 - M5x11 Ø11 ISO 7380 allen xxxx ). Tighten them securely.
3. Next, insert the silentblocks (part 4 - Ø12xØ6x9 silentblock) into the designated holes on the metal support. These silentblocks act as vibration dampeners.
4. Take the bush with flange (part 5 - Ø12xØ6,8x7,3 bush with flange) and insert it into the corresponding holes on the wind shield.
5. Align the wind shield with the metal support and insert the screws (part 6 - M5x16 Ø11 ISO 7380 allen xxxx ) through the holes in the wind shield and into the silentblocks. Tighten them securely.
6. Finally, cover the xxxx heads with the xxxx caps (part 7 - M5 ISO 7380 xxxx cap) for a clean and finished look.
