To properly clean and maintain the FUBAG 110115 Air Sandblasting Gun, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the gun from the compressed air system.
2. Remove the unused abrasive into a proper container and clean the gun and the tank (model 110115). Blow the gun through with compressed air.
3. Remove the cover of the nozzle and clean it.
4. Make sure the nozzle is clean and not damaged. If the nozzle is worn more than 1.5mm, it should be replaced with a new one.
5. Lubricate the stud and the air valve before each operation.
6. If there are any leakages in the pneumatic tool or a lack of air, remove the leakages and ensure the pneumatic system is functioning properly.
