There could be a few reasons why the wireless controllers are not charging. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
1. Confirm that the USB cable of the Controller Charging Base is fully plugged into a USB port on the Nintendo Switch dock. Make sure it is securely connected.
2. Confirm that the USB-C Charging Adapter is fully plugged into the wireless controller. Ensure that it is properly inserted into the USB-C port of the Nintendo Pro Controller or PowerA Wireless Controller for Nintendo Switch.
3. Confirm that the Nintendo Switch dock is connected and powered via the Nintendo Switch AC Adapter. Ensure that the dock is receiving power.
4. Try reconnecting the Controller Charging Base to the Nintendo Switch dock. Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to ensure a secure connection.
5. Try reconnecting the wireless controller to the Controller Charging Base. Remove the controller from the base and place it back on, ensuring that it is properly aligned with the charging bar.
