To adjust the slicing thickness on the SENTINEL SEMI Automatic Meat Slicer, you need to turn the adjustment handle. Turning the handle counterclockwise will create a thicker slice, while turning it clockwise will create a thinner slice. The slicing thickness is determined by the distance between the blade and the locking board. By adjusting the handle, you can achieve the desired thickness for your slices.
