To use the self-cleaning function on the FISHER PAYKEL OB30DDPTDX1 Double Oven, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the oven is cool and all racks and accessories have been removed.
2. Press the "Self-clean" function on the touchscreen display.
3. Select the desired cleaning duration (typically 2, 3, or 4 hours) using the "+" or "-" buttons.
4. Press "Start" to begin the self-cleaning cycle.
5. The oven will lock the door and heat up to a high temperature to burn off food residue.
6. After the self-cleaning cycle is complete, the oven will cool down and the door will unlock.
7. Use a damp cloth to wipe away any remaining ash inside the oven.
