To assemble the XPOtool 61709 Oil Drainer Cart, follow these steps:
1. Connect the hopper (1) with the height-adjustable upper tube (2).
2. Fix the lower tube (2) with the help of the fastener (3).
3. Fix the tool rack (4) to the lower tube (5).
4. Insert the lower tube (5) into the oil tank (8) and secure it with the fixing xxxx (6).

Note: The manual does not provide specific details on how to connect the drain cap (7) and wheels (9), so please ensure that these components are properly installed according to their design and functionality.
