To install the EnviroLite 3200LEDC 32 in. Oval Matte Black Integrated 3000K CCT LED Ceiling Light Flush Mount, please follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power: Before starting the installation, make sure to turn off the main power at the circuit breaker to prevent any possible shock.
2. Remove the decorative nuts and lens: Remove the four decorative nuts from the metal ring. Take off the metal ring and acrylic lens from the fixture pan.
3. Pull out the supply wires: Pull the supply wires and house ground wire out from the outlet box.
4. Position the fixture: Position the fixture at the desired location, ensuring that the fixture wires can reach the outlet box. Mark the location of the four keyhole slots on the fixture pan. Remove the fixture pan from the ceiling and drill four holes using the appropriate-sized drill bit. Insert the provided ceiling anchors into the holes and xxxx the anchor screws halfway into the ceiling anchors.
5. Connect the wires: Attach the lanyard on the fixture pan to the outlet box using a lanyard xxxx . Connect the supply ground wire to the fixture ground wire using a wire connector. Connect the white supply wire to the white (or ribbed) fixture wire using a wire connector. Connect the black supply wire to the black (or smooth) fixture wire using a wire connector. Carefully tuck all wires back into the outlet box.
6. Mount the fixture: Place the fixture pan over the anchor screws, aligning them with the large openings of the keyhole slots. Push the fixture pan flush against the ceiling and twist it so that the anchor screws slide into the narrow opening of the keyhole slots. Tighten the four anchor screws until the fixture pan is flush with the ceiling.
7. Attach the lens and metal ring: Place the acrylic lens over the fixture pan. Place the metal ring over the acrylic lens, lining up the holes with the fixture pan posts. Secure it with the four decorative nuts.
