To answer a call using the Jabra Dial 550 USB Handset, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the handset is connected to your computer via USB and that the Jabra Direct software is installed and running.
2. When a call comes in, you will hear a ringing tone through the handset.
3. To answer the call, simply lift the handset off the cradle. This action will automatically connect the call and you will be able to speak through the handset.
4. If you have a softphone or communication application open on your computer, the call will be routed through that application.
5. To end the call, simply hang up the handset by placing it back on the cradle.
