The MISA M-4B24-C Cool Room features a patented "fast fit" twin hook CAMLOCK system, which allows for easy assembly and disassembly without the need for sealants. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to assemble and disassemble the cool room:
1. Assembly:
a. Start by laying out the floor panels in the desired location.
b. Connect the panels using the "fast fit" twin hook CAMLOCK system. Ensure that the panels are securely locked together.
c. Repeat the process for the wall panels, connecting them to the floor panels.
d. Install the ceiling panels by connecting them to the top of the wall panels.
e. Attach the right-hand hinged door to the cool room using the provided instructions.
f. Connect the electrical components, such as the internal lighting and temperature controller, following the manufacturer's instructions.
g. Once all the panels and components are securely in place, the cool room is ready for use.
2. Disassembly:
a. Start by disconnecting the electrical components and removing any fixtures attached to the cool room.
b. Remove the ceiling panels by disconnecting them from the top of the wall panels.
c. Disconnect the wall panels from the floor panels, ensuring that all CAMLOCK connections are released.
