The MISA M-3C20-F Freezer Room & FreeBlock is designed to be easily assembled and disassembled using the MISA patented "fast fit" twin hook CAMLOCK system. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to assemble the freezer room:
1. Start by laying out all the panels and components in the desired location for the freezer room.
2. Connect the panels together using the twin hook CAMLOCK system. The panels have pre-drilled holes and hooks that easily fit together. Simply align the hooks and push the panels together until they lock into place.
3. Continue connecting the panels until the entire room is assembled. Make sure to follow the correct sequence and orientation as specified in the user manual.
4. Once the panels are connected, secure them in place using the provided screws or fasteners. This will ensure a sturdy and secure structure.
5. Install the right-hand hinged door by attaching it to the designated opening. The door is equipped with a key lock for added security.
6. Connect the electrical components, such as the shielded electronic controller and internal LED lighting, following the manufacturer's instructions.
7. Finally, check that all connections are secure and test the functionality of the freezer room.
