The MISA M-2B24-C Modular Cool Room and FB13G/6 Freeblock can be easily assembled using the MISA patented "fast fit" twin hook CAMLOCK system. Here are the steps to assemble the cool room:
1. Start by laying out the floor panels in the desired location. The floor panels are made from high-density reinforced polyurethane and covered with 0.7mm galvanized steel.
2. Connect the wall panels to the floor panels using the twin hook CAMLOCK system. The panels have pre-drilled holes and hooks that easily lock together. No sealants or additional tools are required.
3. Continue connecting the wall panels until the desired height is reached. The MISA modular system allows you to add or delete panels as required, providing optimum flexibility.
4. Once the walls are assembled, install the ceiling panels using the same CAMLOCK system. Ensure that all panels are securely locked together to maintain the integrity of the cool room.
5. Finally, attach the right-hand hinged door to the cool room. The door is fitted with a key lock for security and has an opening size of 610mm wide and 1870mm high.
