To mount the SW-MOTECH NC750X Top Case-System on your Honda NC750X, please follow the instructions provided in the mounting manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Preparation: Read the mounting instructions carefully and ensure that all items on the parts list are included. Make sure your vehicle is parked safely and turned off. Disconnect the vehicle battery if working on the electrical system. Use appropriate tools and have another person assist you if needed.
2. Mounting: Remove the original seat rubbers and insert the rubber dampers instead. Loosen the splint of the support staff and pull it out of the upper anchorage. Support the passenger seat with a suitable object. Loosen the marked screws of the bench and remove it from the vehicle. Remove the plastic caps and original screws of the passenger grips, and carefully remove the passenger grips.
3. Assembly: Create small cutouts into the tail panels for reassembling the passenger grips. Insert plastic plugs into the ends of the mounting struts and attach the mounting struts with the passenger grips to the vehicle. Attach the mounting struts behind both passenger footrests.
4. Reassembly: Reattach the support staff to the passenger seat, then reattach the bench to the vehicle. Attach the luggage rack onto the mounting struts.
5. Function Check: After installation, ensure that no moving parts are obstructed and that the function of the vehicle is not hindered. Check that cables and hoses are not rubbing or pinched. Perform a comprehensive check of all functions before riding.
