To install the KUFATEC Side Assist incl. Parking Assistant, follow these steps:
1. Start by routing the cables in the most convenient and shortest way possible. Refer to the relevant sections of the instruction manual for a detailed description of the cable routing.
2. Locate the sensor (1) and connect it to the corresponding cable.
3. Connect the ground (2) to the appropriate connection point.
4. Find the door coupling point (3) and connect the cables accordingly.
5. Install the warning light (4) in a visible location, ensuring it can be easily seen by the driver.
6. Connect the power supply and CAN bus (5) to the appropriate connections.
7. Once all the components are properly connected, double-check all the connections to ensure they are secure.
8. Test the Side Assist and Parking Assistant to ensure they are functioning correctly.
