To connect the KUFATEC Universal Active Exhaust Sound Booster Pro to your vehicle, follow these steps:
1. Start by removing the necessary trim panels and components according to the instructions provided in the manual. This may involve removing the trunk floor, side coverings, fuse box, and trim panels on the driver's side.
2. Once the necessary components are removed, locate the control module in your vehicle and disconnect the original plug from it.
3. Connect the adapter provided by KUFATEC to the control module and the cable assembly of your vehicle. Then, connect the KUFATEC module to the adapter using the provided cable assembly.
4. Reinstall the control module in its original position and place the KUFATEC module in a suitable location under the fuse box.
5. Route the cable of the push button along the marked path to the backseat, underneath the trim panel, and forward to the A-pillar. Drill a suitable hole for the push button and install it in the lower trim panel of the dashboard.
6. Finally, configure the KUFATEC module by using the Audi Drive Select feature. Open the Audi Drive Select menu and select the "Motorsound" option. Choose between the "Comfort" and "Dynamic" settings to activate or deactivate the KUFATEC module.
