To install and set up the level one POR 0202 2 Port PoE Plus Repeater, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have the necessary equipment, including the POR-0202 repeater, PoE devices, and Ethernet cables.
2. Determine the optimal location for the repeater, keeping in mind that it should be within the range of the PoE devices you want to extend.
3. Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the "IN" port of the POR-0202 repeater.
4. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the PoE switch or injector that will provide power and data to the repeater.
5. Connect one end of another Ethernet cable to one of the "OUT" ports of the POR-0202 repeater.
6. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the PoE device you want to extend.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for any additional PoE devices you want to extend using the repeater.
8. Once all connections are made, power on the PoE switch or injector to provide power to the repeater and connected devices.
9. The POR-0202 repeater does not require any additional configuration or software. It will automatically forward the power and data from the PoE switch or injector to the connected devices.
10. Verify that the power and data are successfully reaching the extended PoE devices by checking the indicators on the repeater. The "Power" indicator should be lit, and the "PoE Out" indicator should indicate power output.
