To raise the stand, press and hold the Up button on the control panel. Release the button when the desired height is reached. To lower the stand, press and hold the Down button on the control panel. Release the button when the desired height is reached. Make sure to lock the casters before raising or lowering the stand, and ensure there is adequate clearance above and below the stand to ensure safe operation.
