To remove the motor controller from the TESLA 914 Cyberquad for Kids, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Remove the battery pack by engaging the battery latch and pulling the battery out of the compartment.
Step 2: Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove two screws within the battery housing.
Step 3: Remove the seat by lifting up on the rear edge and pulling back simultaneously.
Step 4: Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove two screws securing the power connector plate.
Step 5: Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove four screws fastening the motor controller to the body.
Step 6: Disconnect all nine connectors attached to the motor controller by squeezing the tabs and pulling both ends.
Step 7: Cut the two zip ties that secure the wire harness to the body.
Step 8: With all nine connectors detached, remove the motor controller from the body.
Step 9: If you need to return the motor controller, remove the return envelope from the larger envelope. Place the motor controller in the return envelope with the shipping label applied. Drop off the package at a UPS store to start the return process.
