To charge the battery of the SONY DSC-T2 Digital Still Camera, follow these steps:
1. Connect the battery charger (BC-CSD) to a power outlet using the power cord (mains lead) provided. (Note: The power cord is not supplied in the USA and Canada.)
2. Insert the rechargeable battery pack (NP-BD1) into the battery charger. The battery pack can be inserted in either direction.
3. The CHARGE lamp on the battery charger will light up in orange to indicate that charging has started.
4. When the CHARGE lamp turns off, it means that the battery is fully charged. This usually takes about 120 minutes.
5. Disconnect the battery charger from the power outlet and remove the fully charged battery pack.
Note: It is recommended to fully charge the battery before using it for the first time or after a long period of disuse. The battery charger can also be used to charge the battery while it is inserted in the camera.
