To connect the beamZ Pro Starcolor 72 Outdoor LED Flood Light to the power supply, follow these steps:
1. Check the label on the backside of the unit to determine the type of power supply required.
2. Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specified voltage on the label. Using a different voltage can irreparably damage the light.
3. Connect the unit directly to the mains power outlet. Do not use a dimmer or adjustable power supply.
4. Use an approved three-core cable with a cross-section of at least 1.5 mm to connect the unit to the power supply.
5. Follow the installation instructions of the manufacturer and observe the color coding of the cable.
6. Do not turn off the unit by turning the power connector. Instead, use the power on/off switch or schuko (power outlet).
7. Always connect the unit to a protected circuit with a circuit breaker or fuse. Make sure the unit has an appropriate electrical ground to avoid the risk of electrocution or fire.
