To assemble the Puig 20669N Yamaha MT-09 '21 Protector Motor R19, please follow the instructions below:
1. Start by removing the fasteners that secure the chassis to the engine.
2. Mount the protectors on each side as shown in the provided figure.
3. Tighten the set and place the caps.
4. All the screws that are replaced should be tightened to the torque specified in the OEM maintenance manual for your motorcycle. If no torque specifications are provided, a torque of 54Nm can be used for all M10 screws.
5. Use a medium strength liquid thread-locker (such as "Loctite") to secure all screws, bolts, and nuts.
6. After driving the first 50 km, check all screws, bolts, and nuts to ensure they are tightened to the proper torque.
