Cleaning the BELLA 13991 Classic Rotating Non-Stick Belgian Waffle Maker is easy and important to maintain its performance. Here are the steps to clean the waffle maker:
1. Unplug the waffle maker from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool completely.
2. Remove any excess batter or crumbs from the cooking plates using a non-metallic utensil.
3. If batter has dripped onto the drip tray, remove the tray immediately after use and rinse it with warm water. Wash it with mild dishwashing liquid and remove stubborn stains with a plastic mesh puff or pad. Do not use steel wool or coarse scouring pads.
