To set the temperature and heating mode on the TRISTAR OV-3640 Convection Oven, follow these steps:
1. Place the grid, the baking tray, or both inside the oven. These can be placed at three positions on the inside of the oven, where there are three conductors.
2. Use the temperature control xxxx to set the desired temperature according to the dish you want to prepare. Turn the xxxx to the desired temperature setting.
3. Use the heating position control xxxx to select the desired heating mode. Turn the xxxx to the desired heating position setting.
4. If you need to set a specific heating time, use the time setting control xxxx to select the desired heating time. Turn the xxxx to the desired time setting. When you set the desired settings, the indicator light will illuminate. The light will go out when the device has reached the set time.
