To clean the filters of the HYUNDAI VC009 Bagless Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
1. Remove the dust container by following the procedure indicated in Figure 3 of the instruction manual.
2. Take out the input filter and the output filter.
3. Rinse the output filter (A8) under running water. Shake out the HEPA filter (B6) gently or blow it out. If the HEPA filter is very dirty, you can rinse it under running lukewarm water. Allow it to dry properly.
4. Do not clean the HEPA filter or the other filters with aggressive washing or cleaning detergents or hot water.
5. To maintain the filtering parameters of the HEPA filter, it is recommended to use a dry method of cleaning.
6. If you clean the HEPA filter with water, its filtration properties will deteriorate. The filter cannot be washed more than three times. After that, a new filter needs to be purchased.
7. Clean the plastic parts of the dust container (B2-B5, B7) under running water. Allow all the parts to dry properly before reusing them.
8. Clean the plastic suction tubes (C6), suction hose (C5), cover (B1), and outlet grid (A7) with a wet cloth. Allow all the parts to dry properly before reusing them.
It is important to clean the filters regularly to maintain maximum suction performance. If the filters are not cleaned or replaced, it may result in damaging the vacuum cleaner.
