To switch on the ADA COSMO 50 Laser Distance Meter, press the button (1) for about 2 seconds. The instrument and laser will be activated, and the laser beam will be emitted.
To switch off the instrument, press and hold the button (4) for about 2 seconds. The instrument will automatically switch off after 3 minutes of inactivity, where no button is pressed within that interval.
