To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature units on the INKBIRD IHT-1M Multi Functional Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the HOLD/F/C button for 2 seconds.
2. The temperature unit on the display will start flashing.
3. Press the + or - button to toggle between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C).
4. Once you have selected the desired temperature unit, press the OK button or wait for 30 seconds to confirm and save the setting.
