To set up the Third Reality Water Leak Sensor Kit, please follow these steps:
1. Download the Third Reality App on your smartphone or tablet from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the Third Reality App and follow the prompts to turn on your phone's Bluetooth function, allowing the app to push notifications to your phone.
3. Register and log in to the Third Reality App.
4. Power on your Third Reality Hub. The LED lights marked Power LED and ZigBee LED will be illuminated, and the Wi-Fi LED will be blinking rapidly.
5. Tap the "+" button on the top right of the app and follow the instructions to set up the Third Reality Hub through the app under Bluetooth mode. (Wi-Fi mode is also available)
6. Remove the screws on the Water Leak Sensor and open the back cover. Insert two AAA batteries and long-press the inside button until the red LED turns on. The LED will then change to a fast-blinking blue light, indicating that the sensor is ready for setup.
7. To pair the Water Leak Sensor with your Third Reality Hub, click the "+" button next to the Hub in your app. Choose the "Water Leak Sensor" and follow the instructions on the app.
8. Put the cover back on the Water Leak Sensor and tighten the screws.
9. Tap the sensor icon in the app to access the details page. You can change the sensor's name and turn on the "Push Notification" function to receive app notifications when leakage occurs.
10. Test the Water Leak Sensor by using the proper amount of water to check if it sends out an alarm and notification. If not, refer to the troubleshooting section in the manual.
Please note that these are general instructions, and for property managers, there are additional steps mentioned in the manual for binding the Water Leak Sensor and setting notifications.
