To install the protective cover on the DENZEL AG115-750 Angle Grinder, follow these steps:
1. Move the cover locking lever (number 9 in the diagram) to the side to loosen the clamp.
2. Place the protective cover on the seat of the gearbox cover, ensuring that no sparks are ejected towards the operator.
3. Rotate the adjusting nut of the cover clamp to adjust the size of the clamp according to the size of the seat, allowing for free rotation of the cover on the seat.
4. Tighten the protective cover with the locking lever. Make sure the cover is securely fixed in its seat, preventing it from turning during work. Avoid applying excessive force to the lock lever. If necessary, adjust the tension with the adjusting nut of the yoke.
It is important to always use the protective cover during operation to ensure safety.
