To connect the ConferenceSHOT AV camera to your computer for video conferencing, you will need to follow these steps:
1. Connect the camera to your computer using the provided USB 3.0 cable. Plug one end of the cable into the USB 3.0 port on the camera and the other end into a USB 3.0 port on your computer.
2. Make sure your computer recognizes the camera. You may need to install the Universal Video Class (UVC) drivers if they are not already installed. These drivers are supported in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
3. Open your preferred video conferencing software (such as Zoom, Skype, or Microsoft Teams) on your computer.
4. In the video conferencing software, go to the settings or preferences menu and select the ConferenceSHOT AV camera as your video input device. The camera should be listed as an available camera option.
5. Adjust the camera settings as needed, such as zoom, pan, tilt, and exposure, to optimize the video quality for your conference.
6. Test the camera by starting a video call or joining a video conference. You should now be able to see the video from the ConferenceSHOT AV camera in your video conferencing software.
Note: For audio, you can connect external microphones to the EasyMic ports on the back of the camera if desired. The audio output from the camera can be connected to optional speakers or integrated into your existing audio infrastructure.
