To achieve the most realistic stereo image and lifelike sound, it is recommended to place the speakers in such a way that an equilateral triangle is created between the speakers and your favorite listening position. Angle the speakers towards the middle as necessary to support a more solid center image. Additionally, experiment with the distance between the speakers and both the back and side walls. It is important to note that placing the speakers close to walls may result in some bass boost. For the LSiM Series bookshelf loudspeakers, it is best to place them on a bookshelf or on sturdy stands that are 30-36 inches high. If using the LSiM Series bookshelf loudspeakers as rear channels in a home theater system, they should be placed on the rear or side walls, slightly above the listening position and angled towards the listening area. The LSiM Series surround loudspeakers should be wall-mounted on side walls or rear walls, 6-8 feet off the floor. If setting up a 7.1 system, the Surround Back Left and Surround Back Right loudspeakers should be mounted at the same height as the Surround Left and Surround Right loudspeakers.
