To install the innoci-usa 81171 One Piece Single-Flush Toilet, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the minimum distance between the finished wall and the center of the floor drain is 12 inches.
2. Make sure that the minimum distance between the center of the shut-off valve and the center of the drain is 6-1/2 inches.
3. Install new floor bolts into the floor flange and attach the L brackets.
4. Attach a flexible water supply line (not included) to the inlet of the fill valve and hand tighten it. Do not connect it to the water shut-off valve at this point.
5. Place the new wax ring around the waste flange of the toilet bowl.
6. Lower the toilet onto the closet bolts, ensuring that the bolts project through the mounting holes in the base of the toilet. Use a rocking motion to press the bowl down and position the toilet onto the flange.
7. Insert the plastic plug followed by the mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts alternately until the toilet is firmly seated on the floor. Do not overtighten the bolts to avoid severe damage. Put the decorative caps on after tightening the bolts.
8. Connect the flexible water supply line (not included) to the shut-off valve and tighten the coupling nut securely.
9. Turn on the water supply valve and allow the tank to fill until the float valve rises to the shutoff position. Check for any leakage at fittings and tighten or correct as needed.

For returns or adjustments, you need to have prior approval and a return authorization (RA) number. Only original, sealed products in salable condition are eligible for return. Credit for authorized returns will be issued at the net price paid for the product, subject to a 15% restocking/handling fee.
