To adjust the brightness and contrast of the Pyle PLMN9SU monitor, you can follow these steps:
1. Press the LCD MENU button on the remote control to enter the LCD setup menu.
2. Use the UP/DOWN direction keys to navigate to the "Brightness" option.
3. Press the RIGHT direction key to enter the submenu for brightness adjustment.
4. Use the LEFT/RIGHT direction keys to adjust the brightness level to your preference.
5. Press the ENTER key to confirm the adjustment.
