To connect your LG CM9950 Mini Hi-Fi System to your TV, you can use either an HDMI cable or an optical cable. Here's how you can do it:
1. HDMI Connection:
a. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT (TV ARC) port on the back of the CM9950 system.
b. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) port on your TV.
c. Make sure your TV's HDMI ARC function is enabled. Refer to your TV's user manual for instructions on how to do this.
d. Set the input source on the CM9950 system to "ARC" using the input selector button on the front panel or the remote control.
2. Optical Connection:
a. Connect one end of the optical cable to the OPTICAL OUT (TV) port on the back of the CM9950 system.
b. Connect the other end of the optical cable to the optical audio output port on your TV.
c. Set the input source on the CM9950 system to "OPTICAL" using the input selector button on the front panel or the remote control.
Once the connection is established, you should be able to hear the audio from your TV through the CM9950 Mini Hi-Fi System. Adjust the volume on the CM9950 system to your desired level.
