1. Disassembly:
- Discharge and evacuate the existing freon.
- Remove the A/C compressor, filter drier, and condenser with the auxiliary fan.
2. Assembly:
- Install the auxiliary fan to the parallel flow condenser.
- Install the condenser to the chassis using the condenser supporting brackets.
- Install the compressor and mounting bracket.
- Install the filter drier.
- Install the A/C lines, including the high-pressure condenser return line, high-pressure drier return line, and high-pressure discharge line.
- Secure the hoses using the supplied edge trim.
- Install the low-pressure suction line from the bulkhead to the compressor.
3. Vacuum test and charge:
- Pull a vacuum on the system for a minimum of 1 hour.
- Let the system sit for a minimum of 1 hour and ensure no pressure is lost.
- Fill the system with the appropriate amount of R134a refrigerant, as specified in the table provided in the manual.
