To set the time and date on your Casio 3522 watch, follow these steps:
1. Enter the Timekeeping Mode by pressing the C button until the time is displayed.
2. Hold down the A button for at least one second until the seconds start to flash.
3. Use the C button to cycle through the settings (hour, minute, month, day, etc.).
4. Use the B and D buttons to change the flashing setting. Holding down the B or D button will scroll through the settings at high speed.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to set the time and date.
6. Press the A button twice to complete the setting operation.
Note: While the setting is being configured, the watch will automatically exit the setting operation after about two or three minutes of non-operation.
