To clean the BELLA Electric Ceramic Titanium Skillet, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the skillet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Remove the temperature control probe from the skillet.
3. The skillet base is not dishwasher safe. Wash it with warm soapy water and rinse it dry after each use. Do not use steel wool, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners on any part of the skillet, as this may cause surface scratches.
4. The glass lid is top rack dishwasher safe. You can wash it in the dishwasher if desired.
5. For stubborn food particles, you can use a plastic cleaning pad to loosen them. Avoid hard scouring of the non-stick finish.
6. For stain removal and proper care of the non-stick coating, you can follow these steps:
a. Identify stained areas on the cooking surface and sprinkle some baking soda on the stains.

d. Rub the stains with a soft damp cloth or lightly scrub with a plastic scouring pad. Wipe clean and dry thoroughly. Do not rub vigorously or use a metal scouring pad, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
e. Repeat the process if necessary.
It's important to note that you should not immerse the cord, plug, or temperature control probe in water or any other liquid. Additionally, avoid using cooking sprays, as they can cause a build-up on the cooking surface and may affect the non-stick performance of the skillet.
