Cleaning the Elite Gourmet EG6201 Skillet is easy. Here are the steps to clean the skillet:
1. Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and the Temperature Dial is in the "OFF" position.
2. Allow the skillet to cool down completely before cleaning.
3. Drain the excess oil or wipe the interior surface of the skillet with a paper towel.
4. Do not use abrasive scouring pads to clean the product, as it may damage the non-stick surface.
5. Clean the skillet with a damp soapy dishcloth.
6. Do not wash any part of the product in a dishwasher.
7. Wash the lid separately using warm soapy water.
8. Dry all parts thoroughly before operating or storing the product.
9. Store the product in a cool, dry place.
