To attach the dust bag to the DEWALT DWE6423 Eccentric sander, follow these steps:
1. While holding the sander, fit the dust bag collar to the dust extraction outlet on the sander.
2. Turn the collar clockwise to lock the dust bag in place.
To empty the dust bag, follow these steps:
1. While holding the sander, turn the collar anticlockwise to unlock the dust bag.
2. Remove the dust bag from the sander and gently shake or tap it to empty.
3. Reattach the dust bag back onto the outlet and lock it into place by turning the dust bag collar clockwise.
