To assemble the wheel assembly on the TROY-BILT TBC304 Garden Cultivator, follow these steps:
1. Insert the wheel assembly into the wheel bracket. Ensure that the "J" shape of the wheel assembly points away from the unit.
2. Align the hole in the bracket with the desired hole in the assembly. Insert the clevis pin through the aligned holes.
3. Insert the cotter pin into the clevis pin to secure it in place.
Note: You may need to adjust the position of the wheel assembly before using the unit.
