To clean the filters of the SEALEY PC150A 15L ASH Vacuum Cleaner, follow these steps:
1. Cloth Filter Cleaning:
- Remove the cloth filter from the tank.
- Wash the cloth filter in warm water.
- Allow the filter to dry at room temperature for 24 hours.
- Replace the dry cloth filter back into the machine.
2. HEPA Cartridge Filter Cleaning:
- When a reduction of suction is noticed, clean the HEPA cartridge filter.
- Remove the HEPA cartridge filter from the top cover by pulling gently.
- Use a soft bristle brush to remove deposits from the outside of the filter.
- If necessary, the cartridge filter can be washed by running water through it from the inside to loosen deposits.
- After wet cleaning, leave the filter at room temperature for at least 24 hours or until dry to the touch.
- Once dry, push the filter over the top cover until it is locked firmly in place.
Note: It is important to avoid breathing in airborne dust while cleaning the filters.
