To install the ORE Lighting WPL Wall Pack 50W/75W/100W, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that only licensed electricians perform the installation to prevent personal injury or product damage.
2. Disconnect power before attempting installation or servicing to avoid electric shock or component damage.
3. Install the product in accordance with the national electric code (NEC) and all applicable federal, state, and local electric codes and safety standards.
4. Allow the product to cool and disconnect it before servicing.
5. Do not alter or modify the product, as it may cause personal injury, death, property damage, and/or product malfunction.
6. Properly ground the product to prevent product malfunction and electrical shock.
7. The luminaire is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to 45°C and should be horizontally mounted with the LEDs facing down.
8. The product is for wall mount only.
Installation Steps:
1. Take apart the PC cover and fixture housing.
2. Place the fixture on the wall and drill three holes to secure it.
3. Insert expansion screws into the holes and match the fixture to the bolts.
4. Fix the fixture on the wall using screws.
5. Reassemble the PC cover and fixture housing.
Wiring Steps:
1. Loosen screws and carefully remove the front lens set from the back plate.
2. Remove the 1/2'' plug from the desired conduit entry point.
3. Drill holes (C) to secure the back plate on the wall using appropriate screws.
4. Complete the wiring by connecting the black wire for line, white wire for neutral, and green/yellow-green wire for ground.
5. Replace the lens set on the hinge and complete the connection.
6. Close the lens set and tighten the screws to fasten it to the back plate.
