The grease filter of the Amica OMC Series Kitchen Extractor Hood should be cleaned at least once a month for normal hood operation. You can clean it either in the dishwasher or by hand using mild detergent or liquid soap. The process of dismantling the grease filter is shown in Figure 5 of the instruction manual. Regular cleaning of the grease filter will ensure the trouble-free operation of the cooker hood and extend its lifespan.
