To adjust the height and tilt of the Acer Predator X25 bmiiprzx Gaming LCD Monitor, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the monitor's stand. It consists of a rectangular base and a vertical arm.
2. To adjust the height, firmly hold the monitor with one hand and use the other hand to grasp the vertical arm. Gently lift or lower the monitor to your desired height. The monitor stand offers a good range of height adjustment to accommodate different preferences.
