To assemble and install the KS 7632 Carlo Rechargeable Table Lamp, please follow these instructions:
1. Ensure that the assembly and installation of the lamp are carried out by trained and qualified technicians in compliance with the regulations in force.
2. Before performing any maintenance, make sure there is no power connected to the lamp.
3. Take note that the LED risk group is classified as 0-1 IEC 62471. Avoid staring directly at the operating lamp as it may be harmful to the eyes.
4. If you are installing the lamp in the ground, place it on a 20-30cm drainage layer (gravel) and fill it with water. If water remains in the lamp after 30 minutes, it is necessary to integrate an additional draining system, such as a drain pipe, to avoid water stagnation.
5. Do not install the inground lamp on hollow areas to prevent water stagnation.
6. If you need to disassemble the inground luminaires, projectors, or bollards, make sure to operate the luminaires for 30-60 minutes before assembling them to avoid measurement issues.
7. The protection rating of the electrical connection for luminaires with factory pre-wired connection cables must be equal to or greater than IP67.
8. The protection rating of the electrical connection for projectors must be equal to or greater than IP67.
9. The protection rating of the electrical connection for inground luminaires must be equal to or greater than IP67.
10. All luminaires are equipped with a H20 STOP system that provides effective protection against water or moisture passage along connecting cables.
11. If the external flexible cable or cord of the lamp is damaged, it should be replaced exclusively by the manufacturer or a qualified technician to avoid hazards.
12. When tightening screws, alternate or crosswise tightening and releasing is recommended.
13. To facilitate easy maintenance and unscrewing of the lamp, it is recommended to protect xxxx threads with silicone grease before exposure to weather.
14. Keep the lamp clean to prevent dirt deposits on frames and xxxx heads. For stainless steel parts, use dedicated cleaners only.
15. Avoid contact with aggressive agents and chemical substances such as fertilizers, weed-killers, and lime.
16. Do not use high-pressure water cleaners on the lamp.
17. The electronic equipment of the lamp is sensitive to voltage surges. Installing a protection device against overvoltage on the electrical system can attenuate the intensity of these phenomena and protect the lamp from the risk of damage.
18. In case of diffuser damage, replace it before switching on the lamp.
Please refer to the instruction manual for more detailed technical data and retain the instructions for future reference.
