To adjust the browning level on the Bestron ATO900STE Stainless Steel Toaster, follow these steps:
1. Locate the browning adjustment dial on the toaster. It is labeled as number 8 in the diagram provided in the instruction manual.
2. Turn the dial to the desired browning level. The browning is lowest when the dial is set to the lowest position (setting 1), and highest when set to the highest position (setting 7).
3. Once you have set the desired browning level, place two slices of bread in the toaster's bread carriage (labeled as number 3 in the diagram).
4. Lower the bread carriage by pressing the lever (labeled as number 4) until it locks into place. The "Cancel" indicator light (labeled as number 7) will light up.
5. The toaster will automatically start toasting the bread and will switch off once the toast is ready. The bread carriage will then rise automatically.
Note: If you need to stop the toaster at any time, you can press the "Cancel" button (labeled as number 7) to stop the toasting process. If smoke is emitted from the toaster or the bread, switch off the toaster by pressing the "Cancel" button.
