To install the antaira LNP-0702G-SFP Series PoE+ Gigabit Unmanaged Ethernet Switch, follow these steps:
1. Package Check: Ensure that you have received all the items listed in the package, including the switch, wall mounting bracket set, DC cable, dust cover set, and quick installation guide.
2. Front Panel Layout: Familiarize yourself with the front panel layout of the switch. It includes LED indicators for power, LAN ports, SFP ports, and PoE status.
3. Power Input & Connection: The switch supports dual DC power inputs. Use the 6-pin removal terminal block connector to connect the positive and negative wires of the DC power supply. Make sure to tighten the wire-clamp screws to secure the wires.
4. Ethernet Ports: The switch has RJ45 ports that support auto MDI/MDI-X function. Use the provided wiring pin assignment table to correctly install Ethernet ports.
5. Industrial Switch Mounting: The switch can be mounted using DIN-Rail or wall mounting brackets.
- DIN-Rail Mounting: The DIN-Rail bracket is pre-installed on the switch. Insert the top of the DIN-Rail onto the track and pull down the bracket to secure it. Ensure that the bracket is tightly mounted on the rail.
- Wall Mounting: Remove the DIN-Rail bracket from the switch. Attach the wall mounting brackets to the top and bottom of the switch using screws. Use the hook holes on the brackets to hang the switch on the wall.
6. Field Maintenance and Service: If the switch requires servicing, disconnect and remove it from its mounting. Handle voltage/power lines and cables carefully. Do not insert foreign objects into the heat dissipation holes or open the device. Contact your dealer for repairs or follow the instructions in the manual.
7. Warranty Policy: The switch is covered by a 5-year warranty for sub-standard performance or defective workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive forces, acts of God, use of unqualified power supply/connectors, or unauthorized parts. Obtain an authorized RMA number from Antaira before shipping the goods for repair or replacement.
