1. Unboxing and Initial Setup:
- Open the package and ensure that all the components are included: the wireless Tens Unit Muscle Stimulator, electrode pads, wireless remote control, batteries, and user manual.
- Insert the batteries into the Tens Unit and the wireless remote control, following the polarity markings.
- Attach the electrode pads to the Tens Unit by connecting the snap connectors to the designated ports. Make sure the pads are securely attached.
2. Applying the Electrode Pads:
- Clean and dry the area of your skin where you plan to apply the electrode pads.
- Remove the protective backing from the pads and firmly press them onto the desired area. Ensure good contact between the pads and your skin.
3. Turning on the Device and Selecting Programs:
- Press the power button on the Tens Unit to turn it on. The device will typically start on the default program.
- Use the wireless remote control to navigate through the available programs. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions on program selection.
- Select the program that best suits your needs by pressing the corresponding button on the remote control.
4. Adjusting Intensity Levels:
- Use the intensity buttons on the wireless remote control to increase or decrease the strength of the electrical impulses.
- Start with a low intensity level and gradually increase it to a comfortable level. Avoid setting the intensity too high, as it may cause discomfort.
5. Setting the Timer:
- If desired, set the timer on the Tens Unit to control the duration of your session. This helps prevent overuse and ensures a controlled treatment experience.
- Follow the instructions in the user manual to set the timer according to your preferences.
6. Using the Device:
- Once you have selected the program, adjusted the intensity, and set the timer, you can start using the AccuRelief ACRL-9100.
- Relax and allow the device to provide pain relief and muscle stimulation. You can continue with your daily activities while wearing the device, thanks to its wireless design.
7. Turning off the Device:
- To turn off the Tens Unit, press and hold the power button until the device powers down.
- Remove the electrode pads from your skin and store them in a clean and dry place.
