To connect the HMU15 controller to the HGM9510 genset controller, you will need to use a shielded communication line. One end of the communication line (DB9) should be connected to the HMU15 controller. The other end of the communication line has 6 lines, which are divided into two communication ports.
The first communication port consists of 1#485+ and 1#485, and it can be connected to three HGM9510 controllers with communication addresses set as 1, 3, and 5. The second communication port consists of 2#485+ and 2#485, and it can be connected to three HGM9510 controllers with communication addresses set as 2, 4, and 6.
Please refer to the wiring diagram provided in the manual for a visual representation of the wire connections.
Note: Before wiring, make sure to unplug the HMU15 power cable to avoid electric shock or accidents.
