To set the temperature and timer on the oceanic OCEACVG2000B Glass Panel Convector Heater, follow these steps:

1. Plug the heater into a 230-240V AC 50-60Hz socket and turn on the main switch on the side of the control box. The indicator light will turn on with a beep sound.

2. By default, the heater is in the comfort mode with a target temperature setting of 22℃. You can change the temperature setting by pressing the "Comfort mode" button and using the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the temperature between 5-35℃.

3. To set the timer, press the "Timer" button. The indicator light will turn on and the screen will display "OH" and flash. Press the "+" or "-" buttons to set the timer from 0-24 hours. Press the button again to confirm the setting.

4. If you want to set a heating program, there are three pre-set programs (P1, P2, P3) available. Press the corresponding program button (P1, P2, or P3) to enter the program setting mode.

5. For P3 adjustable program setting, press and hold the program button for 3 seconds to enter the day setting. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to select the day (Monday-Sunday) and press the button to confirm. Then, set the hour for each day using the "+" or "-" buttons and choose the heating mode (Comfort mode or ECO mode) for each hour. Repeat this process until you have completed the schedule for every hour and every day.
